Once a blonde with soft features and no tattoos, Toxii now describes herself as a body modification artist and enthusiast, completely dedicated to transforming her appearance in ways few would dare. Her current look includes a fully tattooed upper body, inked eyes and tongue, a split tongue, and horn-like implants on her forehead. In her viral before-and-after photos, Toxii from 2019 is nearly unrecognizable compared to her current self. The once-blonde woman now sports jet-black hair, dark aesthetic clothing, and a haunting yet confident gaze that reflects her commitment to standing out.

When asked why she chose such an unconventional path, Toxii explained, “Because I like to be imperfect, and I think imperfections make you unique.” With nearly 160,000 followers on Instagram, she uses her platform to promote unapologetic self-expression and challenge beauty standards.

In a recent interview with artist Devon Rodriguez, Toxii revealed details about her transformation process. She described the horn implants as relatively painless compared to her nose removal surgery, which took eight weeks to heal.
